Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 08-05-2025

This Cleaning Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

  • Service Provider: Clean It Good, referred to herein as “Cleaner” or “Service Provider.”

  • User: Any individual or entity utilizing services provided by Clean It Good, referred to herein as “User.”

By booking a cleaning service, the User agrees to the terms outlined below.


1. Scope of Services

The Service Provider agrees to perform cleaning services at the User’s property. Services may include:

  • Standard Cleaning

  • Deep Cleaning

  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

  • Airbnb / Rental Cleaning

  • Post-Construction Cleaning

  • Office Cleaning

  • Other: As specified at the time of booking

The specific scope of work will be confirmed during the booking process.


2. Service Schedule & Fees

  • Service Date: Scheduled by the User and confirmed by the Service Provider

  • Service Time: As agreed between both parties

  • Service Fee: Based on the selected service type and property size

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due [upon completion / in advance / as specified during booking]


3. Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, Zelle, PayPal

  • A late payment fee of $20 will be applied if payment is more than 1 day past due

  • Services may be suspended or terminated if payment is not received in a timely manner


4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service fee


5. Liability Waiver

The User acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • No Liability for Damage: Clean It Good is not responsible for accidental damage to property (including furniture, flooring, décor, or personal items). Users are advised to secure valuables or fragile items.

  • No Liability for Theft or Loss: Clean It Good is not liable for missing or lost items before, during, or after service.

  • No Liability for Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing conditions such as faulty fixtures, broken furniture, or structural issues.

  • Limited Liability for Products: While professional-grade cleaning supplies are used, we are not responsible for discoloration, staining, or damage caused by cleaning products under normal usage.


6. User Responsibilities

The User agrees to:

  • Provide safe, accessible entry to the property

  • Secure pets, fragile items, and valuables

  • Ensure all utilities (water, electricity, etc.) are operational


7. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clean It Good from any claims, losses, damages, or legal liabilities related to the use of cleaning services.


8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with prior notice. All outstanding payments must be settled in full before termination.


9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida or the local jurisdiction where services are rendered.


10. Agreement Acceptance

By booking a service with Clean It Good, the User confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
